Our Firm History
Philip Burnham and Michelle Douglass met while working at a prominent litigation law firm located in Vineland, New Jersey. Their paths took different directions when each opened their own, but separate law firms. At that time, Phil concentrated on family & personal injury law and Michelle focused her practice on employment & labor law. They found that their individual fields complemented each other’s in surprising, and what turned out to be, inseparable ways.

In 2018 Phil and Michelle joined forces to represent several clients in matters that went through several weeks of jury trials. The success achieved at these trials was a result of their combined skills. The passion they each shared, and the long days and nights of working together on these trials, created a special new bond. This made them eager to cultivate a unified practice, one that would effectively intersect their knowledge and experience with their respective interests. They believe that what wins a case and what makes a creative business thrive is the passion that drives it.
